Jake was on time, professional, respectful, careful with plantings that had to be removed (and then replaced), and his work was immaculate and thorough. He explains the Title V law throughout the process, and is very clear with every step that needs to happen. The excavation required digging out 50-year-old bushes, and this was done with precision and great caution. He researched nearby properties at town hall, and took many measurements and photos to support his findings. He is also fair. He charges a flat inspection fee, and in our case, he had to come back a 2nd day, but that did not change the fee.
