As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my home inspector, Nelson Parness. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to walk me through every part of the inspection, answered all of my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. His friendly and approachable demeanor helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I feel truly lucky to have had such a positive experience and will absolutely be referring friends and family to him in the future!
I reached out to Nelson last week while he was on vacation, but he still responded in a timely manner to schedule an inspection within a few days time.
