I have worked with Craig at Anderson Lead Inspections over the past decade on multiple occasions. He is very professional, gets back to you within 24 hours and the report is available within a few days (always getting a paper copy though mail). If you are buying an order house pre 1970 I highly recommend doing the lead inspection with Anderson Lead Inspections just for your peace of mind!

We had Craig do an inspection for the new home we are purchasing, and it was an excellent experience! He was very thorough in his inspection, and was great about answering any questions we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a lead inspection.

Craig inspected two properties for me. He was professional, thorough and pleasant to deal with. He guided me on the way to getting homes deleaded and passing inspection.
