We were thrilled with Mike. He was very thorough— he didn't just do what is required, he went above and beyond. This is our first time buying a house and I had heard nightmares about how overwhelming home inspection reports can be... that has not been our experience with Mike. The way he laid things out with pictures, arrows, and succinct but understandable summaries made it totally digestible, and he had it done almost immediately after we wrapped up. He's also just a very nice guy.

Michael Roumbakis is a great inspector very polite, patient, and caring both times I’ve worked with him. He is very knowledgeable in his field and he gets there early and gets straight to work he even goes above and beyond of what is expected. And he has great recommendations and hacks.
