Wayne was great. Very responsive whenever I called, clear with setting expectations about scope of engagement and price, good availability for scheduling the inspection, showed up to the inspection on time, was thorough with his inspection, and within hours of completing the inspection Wayne emailed over a 1-page write-up of the inspection findings. I'd use him again.

Wayne responded quickly, offered the lowest price among 4 different inspection services (including interior and exterior evaluation), and even arrived early on the day of the inspection (on a holiday no less!).
