45 South St Suite B, Hopkinton“Over the years I have had various pain, mobility, and strength issues related to overuse and poor technique (and sports that lend themselves to overuse issues - volleyball, tennis, racquetball). I have used acupuncture, chiropractors, and other treatments that may or may not provide some temporary relief, but don't resolve the underlying causes. Kim was excellent in diagnosing the issues right away, and setting up an easy to follow home exercise program that worked. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and effective.“

In addition, I had arthritis in my right knee and the same Strengthening exercises Chloe gave me have also reduced the discomfort in my knee. Moreover, she warm, courteous, knowledgeable and above all professional. I couldn’t have asked for better care.“

475 Franklin St STE 209, Framingham“I came to Core Health Therapies for pain associated with a varicocele. My therapist Julia Dimmick treated me with a lot of care and answered all of my questions. After several sessions, my pain was relieved and I left with a number of tools and behavioral adjustments that have confidence will help me avoid pain in the future.“

44 Rivulet St, Uxbridge“After a failed knee replacement and a 4 year search for a someone willing to do a revision, I finally found an excellent surgeon who not only did my revision surgery but because of the degradation of the bone tissue of both my femur and tibia, ended up inserting 2 rods and a stabilizer in addition to the replacement of my knee. I was entirely unimpressed with the PT center I went to after my first surgery so I spent a considerable amount of time researching PT centers in the vicinity. Finding Fyzical has been second only to my surgeon as the best thing that could have happened for my recovery. This isn’t your ‘drive through’, everyone does the same thing and the therapists don’t seem to follow a plan of care PT center. Rather, this is a serious physical therapy facility which I knew was the real deal when I saw the track on the ceiling and harness set up, for the treatment of persons who are permanently confined to a wheelchair and/or have diagnoses unrelated to a physical injury. They come here to retain strength and improve balance and mobility. Often these are people with Muscular Dystrophy, spinal lesions and the like. I’ve been in and out of PT more times than I care to remember and this is only the second facility that I’ve been to that’s set up to deliver the highest standards of care to the community; that includes everyone, not just athletes and victims of auto accidents. Tom, the owner, and every member of his well trained and knowledgeable staff, bring a unique approach to each person’s care. They listen to your needs and concerns and, at least for me, they’re always updating my exercise protocol to adapt to how I’m doing and to increasingly challenge me. Following my first surgery, I believe I was doing the exact same exercises at the end of treatment that I was assigned when I started. I never felt as though my care was personalized for my needs and the level of professionalism was poor. I often didn’t see my “therapist” until I was done with my exercises, so this person didn’t see in real time how I was doing, progressing or not. At Fyzical, my therapist is always there when I arrive and while they may be involved with another patient, they’re always checking to see how I look and how I’m progressing. They listen to me and revise my plan of care to adapt to how I’m doing and feeling. I can’t say enough about how great Fyzical is as well as every member of the staff including the ladies that run the front end of the business, who are lovely and very kind. They’re always so gracious and encouraging.
As both a patient and a healthcare provider, I give Fyzical my highest, most sincere and heartfelt recommendation.“

524 Boston Post Rd, Wayland“Longtime local resident who needs my body for work and play. These folks are serious about getting me put back together. Hands on experience with the PTs, they don’t hand you off to an intern, but work with you themselves.
5 out of 5 stars. I recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy!“
