“I contacted Louis Monti & Sons for my father’s headstone at the recommendation of some of the members of our church. Lou III responded back to my emails immediately and was very responsive throughout the process to all my questions. There were some management changes at the cemetery my father was buried and Lou helped to navigate that with the new leadership and fulfill all of my family’s wishes. I will say that I obtained quotes from a number of different monument companies in the area and Lou’s quote was very competitive and there were no hidden surprises in the amount. Being the first time I ever purchased a headstone, you can imagine it comes with emotions and lots of questions.
