John and his family and all who work at Materese Funeral Home are so responsive and tender to all of our needs at such a difficult time. We have used Materese Services since 1960 and every time they made the transition respectfully and comforting for us over these many years.
John Matarese and John Jr. have provided A++ service to the community for decades. Personally, they provided funeral services for both of my parents and a sibling. They never tried to upsell me anything. They were reliable, extremely easy to deal with and handled everything from soup to nuts in a very caring and professional manner. I honestly don't see how they could have made the process any more gentle and straightforward. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
Thank you to The Matarese Funeral Home for taking care of everything professionally and efficiently. The people we dealt with were sympathetic, helpful and understanding. John Matarese was a gentleman. The unsung heroes. They helped us 16 years ago with our dad and now our mom.
