We decided to reach out to Johanson Home Improvement (Chad) to see about working on these projects and it was one of the best contracting decisions we've made. Chad came out for an initial visit and spent a considerable amount of time with us going through every project. He took notes and considered important necessities related to each project. He allowed us ample time to ask questions and provided detailed answers to better help us understand any complexities with certain projects.
We prioritized one of the tasks (the installation of two doors) as being most critical to complete this year. Once this was decided, Chad worked to get the doors ordered for us according to the very specific, custom measurements needed. His communication with us through this process was always outstanding --keeping us regularly informed and giving us a very clear picture on when he would be able to start the work. Fast and clear communication is a strong trait we look for in contractors and Chad demonstrated this every step of the process.
For the work itself --Chad had a very challenging task ahead of him. These were likely not going to be easy doors to install due to the custom configurations, but we are so very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He spent long hours working in cold temperatures and it was clear to us that he takes great pride in the quality of his work.
