My family had trusted them for years with all of their best garments. Expensive suits, the handmade dresses that my mother would do for weddings, my father's naval uniform, and it was always perfect. Fast forward 35 years, and I am now living 30 miles away. I recently picked up a rare vintage worsted suit that needed some TLC. I hadn't thought about cleaning, until a sudden passing of a close relative had me needing it in a pinch. I knew right where I was going with it and who to trust when I ended up needing As soon as I said vintage, they started asking all the right questions before I could even tell them what I needed, and never even ended up have to spell it, because I could just tell they knew exactly what they had and exactly the TLC it needed. They also got it done lightning quick! Now for a situation like mine, it is reasonable to expect they are going to charge a little extra for the expediting and the special care and products a garment like that needs, but honestly, it is worth every penny, for such perfect service!

“Saved my daughter’s prom! We waited until last minute and had to order my daughter’s prom dress online. She is very petite and the xxs dress was still too big on the waist and hips. We brought it in on a Tuesday evening and she was in the dress and pinned in 15 minutes. Was promised the dress by Friday, the day of the prom. We picked the dress up in the afternoon and waited until hair and makeup were done before trying it on. It fit like a glove! I mean it looked like perfect! She’s was thrilled and looked beautiful. The service was so reasonably price I was actually surprised because of the rush. We will be repeat customers and I will recommend them to anyone!“
