81 Harvard St, Brookline“I’ve been taking my clothes here for almost two years now and had nothing but great experiences. I’ve had clothes cleaned, pants hemmed, and recently an elaborate sequin gown hemmed for a decent price. Edna, the owner, is skilled and kind. I trust Sunflower cleaners with all my favorite clothes!“

Not only did the build the top for me from a single piece of fabric, but she ensured my comfort by adding an inner fabric lining and fastened my skirt to fit perfectly with only one fitting needed. I will definitely back for any future seamstress needs and would highly recommend“

“I have a client in the same building and have passed by this hole in the wall countless times. My wife got something caught in the zipper of a small handbag and I thought I was able to fix it. I guess there was still something in there because she got the zipper stuck again in the open position. I tried to free it but dit not want to damage anything. Have had it in my car to stop by next time I was here. There was a short line, but I was told “give me thirty minutes”. Went and visited my client, then hung out in the car and went back in after about 30 minutes. He showed me the bag and how freely the zipper moved. The best part? He only charged me $10. I was expecting to pay at least twice that. The man is my new hero! I have a few jackets that need repair, I will be back. The only drawback is the hours, I am usually down here on Mondays and Thursdays and they are closed both of those days. Simply rearranged my schedule for the week to get here on a Tuesday. Not sure how the rest of the services are, but the Zipper Hospital lives up to its name today.“
