“My water heater...need I say more...Water travelled into all 3 rooms of the basement. Because of knee surgery I hadn't been downstairs for a while...it was bad.I'm SO grateful I called ServiceMaster. Jeff was great...asked all the right questions and calmed me down. “I just moved to Braintree and need a couch and rug cleaned and I called around. The quotes ranged widely and the pricing was confusing and they all acted like they were doing me favor. Dave was the opposite. Simple and reasonless pricing, exceedingly polite and considerate. Called to confirm, called when he was running just a few minutes late and was very professional. The couch , which was covered in stains , looks like new and the rug which is white is gleaming now. He was a joy to have here as well. A very pleasant person.He helped move my heavy stuff off the rug and put it back . You can tell he has been doing this a long time but he comes across so humble and respectful. It’s like I had a neighbor clean my stuff for me. Couldn’t recommend him any higher.“

“We had some water damage in our home from that deluge on October 30th of this year. We had purchased rugs from Kennedy and were very pleased with their service so we called for restoration help. They came right away, fixed up the small amount of damage quickly and charged a very reasonable price. Their carpenters were so good I asked if they could help me with some projects I've been thinking about for years, adding shelving and such in my basement for storage, fixing some other woodwork, replacing a door, and just a variety of miscellaneous items. The carpenters were gems. They did a great job, were a pleasure to be around, kept things neat and didn't mind my asking a ton of questions. I really couldn't have been happier with their service.
