“We were so impressed with Grillos and plan on bringing the rest of our carpets in for cleaning. When we arrived Grillos laid our carpet out on their spacious floor to take a look. I understood that my great-grandmother had purchased the rug so I had guessed it might date from the 1910s-1930s. Or it could have been from Sears in the 1950s for all I knew. In fact, the Grillos team said instantly the carpet was from x village in Iran, in the 1920s, and gave an approximate value. They REALLY KNOW CARPETS. Then the staff gave us excellent advice on cleaning and pads (we bought both) and we left our carpet there with confidence. Needless to say, the carpet came home a few weeks later looking FABULOUS.
