My water heater...need I say more...Water travelled into all 3 rooms of the basement. Because of knee surgery I hadn't been downstairs for a while...it was bad.I'm SO grateful I called ServiceMaster. Jeff was great...asked all the right questions and calmed me down. His crew came in and took over. It was a complete gut. The water was removed by my brother and cousin...but it did it's damage.My parents have owned this house since 1957 (they are now deceased)- lots of memories to try and save. Their crew even found my grandmothers jewelry box, afghan my mom knitted in the 70's...pics and framed letters. I can not thank them enough!!. The crew from South Shore Service Master is 100% professional and expert in what they do. Every single employee that we met was professional and courteous while being very knowledgeable in the work they do. Their experience shows in their work - as they were able to remediate a flood with ease and expedience. We had to use their service twice in two years, and you won't be disappointed if you need to use them. They work with insurance and took care of everything. Jeff the project manager was great he walked me through the process step by step untill the job was finished Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly. The crew that arrived Corey and memo where absolutely amazing. They where quick thurough and efficient. They arrived on time, where very polite and courteous. They did a fantastic job in the basement after the loss I had experienced. Corey assured me everything was going to be ok that he would take care of everything they did a great job.
