We had two rugs cleaned. When they were returned, I couldn't get over how refreshed and vibrant they looked. All in all, good communication, good follow up, good pricing. They showed up when they said they would to pick up and then return the rugs. Highly recommended. I'd use them again, no hesitation.
I highly recommend Grillo's rug cleaning service. I have used Grillo's oriental rug cleaning service twice for over twenty rugs. They have consistently done an excellent job. Each time the pick up at our house and the return delivery were seamless. The turn around time was short. The rugs came back well cleaned.
We had the most wonderful experience with Grillo. Our carpet was in bad shape after being in storage for years. Grillo did a beautiful job restoring our 100 year old carpet to prestige condition!
