“We called Dave on a Sunday when we discovered that our outdoor shower was leaking. He was extremely nice over the phone and told my husband that he would call him on Tuesday and he called on Tuesday. He scheduled an appointment for Thursday to look things over. On Thursday he showed up, went and got parts he needed and fixed our shower on the spot. I would recommend him with the highest level for being honest, respectful, responsive and an overall great plumber. If you’re in need of help he’s definitely your man.

“Highly recommend! On a cold Saturday night the week leading to Christmas, I discovered the heat was not working. After trying 2 other compamies; one being Whitely who wouldn’t come because I wasn’t an existing customer (even though they advertise 24x7 serviceand I could’ve become a customer)…I went to a neighbor who recommended 3G’s. Well, things happen for a reason!
I received a prompt call back from Justin; the first thing he said is “I want you to have heat”, not “are you an existing customer?” and he was at the house in a little over an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the part that had cracked. He had to go back to the shop for a part, but was back quickly and had the heat back on!! The ambient temp in the house had already dropped to 55, so we were beyond grateful to have the heat restored.
Turns out it’s time to consider a new system, so we will invest with 3G’s for that as well as future service. Being a good neighbor as a business and helping people when you’re in a position to do so is still important, and 3G’s and Justin demonstrated that. They prioritized the need and service, whether or not I was a customer. And now I will be!! Thank you!!“
