Prime Build & Comfort replaced an AC and furnace in one day and even provided a portable AC. They did an excellent job replacing an A/C unit, coming the same day to inspect a burning smell and explain the problem. A new unit was installed within a week at a reasonable price, with great customer service and communication after the repair. They also repaired a boiler that stopped heating, inspecting everything and fixing it quickly without pushing unnecessary replacements. As an honest and knowledgeable company, they are highly recommended. As a construction company, Prime Build & Comfort has been great to work with, as their team is knowledgeable, punctual, and keeps things running smoothly on the job site. They are professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. They are responsive and easy to work with, communicating well and keeping the job moving. Prime Build and Comfort did an excellent job replacing our A/C unit. I called after my A/C stopped working and there was a burning smell coming from it. They came over the same day to take a look at what was going on. They explained to my husband what the problem was and took the time to show him. Within a week following the call, we had a brand new A/C unit installed at a reasonable price. The communication continued after the repair. Not only was the work done very well, the customer service was great as well! I would recommend Prime Build and Comfort to my loved ones and friends without hesitation.
