“I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. I could easily see my service call being at the bottom of the priority list, and I wouldn’t even blame a small company for that. However, when I called at 8:30am for follow-up on the service request, I was happy to find out that I was already on the day’s schedule for service. Al and Tyler arrived during the indicated time slot and quickly identified the problem. They went out to get the needed parts at a local supply place, and my heat was back on within 2.5 hours of their initial arrival. They were friendly and efficient. I can see why they were recommended by others. I will certainly call A&G again.“

“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. “Very satisfied. We’ve no heat on Friday morning and as a member I called Trust-1 Service. The answering service was friendly and helpful. A lady reached out to me shortly and got me into the schedule with Robby that afternoon. Robby was great! He came by early in the time window which I appreciated. He was very thorough and explained to me that the circulator pump of my boiler was out of order and needed to be replaced . Work was completed promptly and my heating system is working now.
