Well the technician broke my frames and I had to pay for new frames, which I was trying to avoid. The blunder ended up costing me, I didn't feel like I should pay for new frames. That's poor business practice.“

Our family has been a patient of Dr MacDonald's for many years, and have been extremely pleased with how she and others in the practice have handled some challenging situations over the years.Yesterday, a quick diagnosis using new technology, an immediate referral to a surgical specialist, and some wonderful bedside manner prompted me to post this review.The office has several long time staff members who are especially helpful and friendly...not something we find often these days!“

“Today was my second time going to precision vision in Townsend. Both experiences have been so wonderful. The woman who is typically at the desk is incredibly kind and patient with every client that comes in. Over a year ago the gentleman who did my eye exam was so knowledgeable. And today , the gentleman (who I believe is the owner of the business) was just as wonderful. I needed new glasses and the first pair he picked for me was perfect. Tried on a bunch to see what I liked but he just knew what would work! Anyone who has an appointment at this location is sure to have a pleasant experience! They know their stuff.“
