“First time at this office and what an improvement over my last eye Dr.. Very friendly staff who took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the process. The Dr. was thorough but didn't waste time either, which I appreciate. Plenty of options for glasses that are well priced. Totally recommend.”
“I had an excellent experience at the Leominster office. The staff, Susan and Luis were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Susan was incredibly knowledgeable when I needed to pick out a frame. She literally pulled 3 pairs of the shelf that complemented by face perfectly. Wanting a frame that different than what I had seemed effortless to her. I am incredibly grateful to Susan for her expertise. Aside from her knowledge, she is super kind, personable and vey funny! My husband and I stayed longer than our appointment to share stories of our personal life! I highly recommend you make your next appointment with Dr Le and her staff. Thank you all for making us feel so welcome!”
