My appt went very smoothly. My appt with the doctor was on time, thorough, and complete within 30 minutes. It was a comfortable, professional environment and the eye doctor spent time answering my questions. I'm very happy with my experience at Lens Crafters.

The visit was quick and easy. Staff were courteous and efficient, despite having just had a power failure as the entire mall lost power for a minute or two from a severe thunderstorm and their computers were rebooting. I've been using Lenscrafters for over 20 years and have no plans on changing. I love the convenience and the large selection of eyeglass frames. I've used Lenscrafters while living in MA, NH, OR, IN, and IL. I've had the same positive experience at every location.

The staff at this facility are excellent! They are very helpful and personable. I can't thank them enough for making my day better after a bad experience at the other LensCrafters
