“I’ve been a loyal client of Framingham Animal Hospital since 2010, starting with my previous dog, who has since passed away. The care they provided during his later years was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure his comfort.

Last Friday, I brought my large Labradoodle, Chloe, who is a bit of an extreme scaredy-cat, in for her routine check-up. I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was with Dr. Levenson and vet tech Nat. They were patient, compassionate, and went above and beyond to make Chloe feel comfortable, which is no easy task.

Additionally, Chloe needed allergy medication, and Dr. Levenson thoroughly explained all the options available. Together, we decided on the best treatment plan, and since then, my wife and I have finally been able to sleep through the night—no more scratching or licking from our girl!

When I got home, I couldn’t stop telling my wife how impressed I was with the care Chloe received. Both Dr. Levenson and Nat made me feel at ease, and more importantly, Chloe felt at ease too. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to let others know how wonderful Framingham Animal Hospital truly is.“

“Medway animal hospital is the ritz of vets. They are very busy and rightfully so. They care so much for their furry patients and their parents/owners. Everyone is so sweet and you know your pets are in the best care. The doctors don’t rush or push you and really care about you and your fur baby. A big shoutout to Dr. Mansfield. She is absolutely phenomenal. She has a huge heart and a true empath. When I unexpectedly lost my sweet cat Max after a week at tufts he unfortunately passed. I had his records sent over and Dr. Mansfield reviewed them and called me in the evening explaining to me her thoughts of all the results and if I had made the right decision to let him go. It was like talking to a friend- there was no rushing or judgment just pure love and understanding. She really helped me rid the guilt and understand what happened to my boy. Since we have been going there, we’ve had nothing but the most wonderful experience with every Office staff member such as Christine Taylor, Britney Adam Dallas I believe his name is he’s a beautiful guy. Also, all the vet techs such as Liam, Grace and all the others. All the veterinarian doctors are fantastic there because what we like about all of them they really do care about every Pet that walks in there. They also care about the owners.. They treat every pet owner including the pets with the utmost respect. We do trust them to take very good care of scrappy our dog. Also, as a veteran, they will say thank you for serving, which means a lot to me. They also offer veteran discounts, no matter what the problem is no matter how small it may seem since we’ve only own scrap for a year and a half they’re never too busy to answer our questions or they say don’t worry about things because we’re gonna take good care of your dog scrappy Doo even scrappy loves going to them so he’s in good hands with this hospital and as My wife and I do say they are all awesome.“
