“Just took my 5 year old Shih Tzu for the first time. Everyone from front desk, the tech and the Vet were all so kind and took time to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel rushed and I felt comfortable and understood the information provided.
My dog was in typical Shih tzu mode. She had a lot to say and the vet sat on the floor just trying to make friends.“

But they jumped right into motion offering their phone, office number, even access to a personal AAA membership number if I needed it.
