I am so very pleased with the stellar service we have received from Milford Exterminator, located in Milford ,Massachusetts!To start, when I contacted this company I was welcomed by a great lady by the name of Christina. Wow, she was able to calm me down right away with my concerns! Such a pleasant person, she was willing to show compassion regarding your concerns!She was able to schedule a convenient time for a visit by a technician.That technician, Jim, arrived and was very knowledgeable!What a polite young man. I was having a pool liner installed and the technician discovered termites. I immediately called Milford exterminating & spoke to Christina. Christina assured me that they would be able to take care of the problem and that they have done this type of service many times. Christina also worked with me to schedule a day that worked for all of us. Prior to calling Milford exterminating, I was extremely concerned about the termites.
