I had originally booked with a stylist who unfortunately had to call out sick the morning of my appointment. Things happen, so I completely understood. Lindsey, one of the other stylists working that morning, called to let me know what happened and tried to reschedule me for later that day, but I wasn't available. She then called me back and said that she and her manager felt so bad about the situation that they wanted to offer me an additional discount if I came back another day. I honestly probably would have booked somewhere else, but that second phone call and the genuine care they showed really impressed me. It was some of the best customer service I've experienced.

Molly did a fantastic job cutting my 5 year olds hair and she was very attentive to details. I do not like getting hair cuts but I decided to go back and also get my own haircut and it looks significantly better. She was really easy to work with and worked out solutions based on our feedback and went above and beyond. Thank you

If Heather stops cutting hair, I seriously don’t know what I would do. I have extremely thick and curly hair and shes able to cut it perfectly with whatever I’ve come to her with. She completely transformed my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. I drive over an hour just to come to this Salon and to see Heather. The staff is kind, the music is always good, and everyone who works there seems to know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.
