After seeing several hair stylists over the years who weren't able to lighten my thick, black asian hair to the shade I wanted, Alicia took the time to listen to exactly what I was hoping to achieve. She gave me the beautiful blonde balayage I had been looking for on my very first visit! AND she did it without compromising the health of my hair.
