Very professional and knowledgeable. My remote starter malfunctioned a couple times and I went to him to get it fixed and it was a great experience every time. “Very affordable and convenient service for iPhone screen replacement! I requested a quote and got a text from (I think the owner?) with pricing and other details within 20-30 minutes. The repairman was able to come to my residence within 24 hours.

My one piece of constructive feedback is that I asked for an OLED screen, but only after my screen had already been replaced I was told they didn’t have those in stock. The repairman installed the other type of screen before checking if I was ok with it. I would have liked be able to choose between moving forward with the lower-quality screen or having them return another day when the OLED screen was in stock.“

“While they somewhat tend to be overpriced and slightly under experienced for very advanced networking setups, they are for sure smarter than the average person and there some accountability in having Best Buy back this IT group that will make you feel more secure about having them set it up considering how many scammers are out there as independent contractors who will sneak into your firewall post setup… So where am I going with this, if you don’t have the time to figure this out than they are a no brainer to use.“
