CPR Cell Phone Repair
“I had an issue with my wife’s S24 Ultra. The phone is almost three years old, and the battery had started showing all the classic signs that it was on its way out. Random restarts, the battery would say 40% and then suddenly drop to 1%, and eventually the phone just stopped working properly.
I called my usual place, Batteries Plus Bulbs, but they didn’t have the battery in stock. They actually recommended CPR on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, so I figured I’d give them a shot.
I’m glad I did.
From the moment I called, the customer service was excellent. The lady who answered the phone right before they closed was extremely pleasant and made sure they could get me in. When I arrived, they had the battery in stock and told me it would take about an hour and a half.
Not only did they finish right on time, they were actually a little early.
The gentleman who helped me was great. He even took the time to show me the inside of the phone and explain what I was looking at. Basically gave me a free little lesson on how everything is put together. 😂 I never felt rushed, and he was happy to answer my questions.
Great service. Great communication. Great prices. And just genuinely nice people.
I typically keep my phones for 3–4 years and usually end up replacing the battery once or twice during that time, so I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. I’ve always considered Batteries Plus Bulbs my go-to for batteries, but CPR has definitely earned a spot on that list now.
If you need a phone or other electronic device looked at, whether it’s a battery, screen, or something else, I’d definitely recommend giving CPR a shot.
A+ experience all around.”
