I was supposed to receive a large sum of federal refund. I didn’t recieve what I expected. You’re better off doing taxes on your own. These people are greedy for money. This was in 2024. I now use TaxFreeUsa.

STEER CLEAR!!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’ve only done taxes with them twice and now both times I’ve been audited. IRS contacted me for my 2020 taxes and now my 2021 taxes asking for documentation to support the additional numbers that Leans Tax Services added. Which I don’t have! I had to pay back taxes for my 2020 and most likely will have to pay back for my 2021. The extra money is great and all in the moment, but not worth it if you’re going to have to pay it back sooner or later. Every year I have received verification letters from the IRS, it has been a headache, and several times I have had to return money that I don't even know why. Contacting them is another headache since they almost never respond and when they do the secretary has an attitude. This place is not professional and they fill out the taxes incorrectly.
