“My family followed Dr. Losert from when she worked at the VCA to opening her own hospital. Dr. Losert is an incredible veterinarian who is smart and easy to talk to. She took excellent care of our three dogs and now two cats. My husband and I asked ourselves if we got more animals after our dogs passed just so we could see Dr. Losert again. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable and all the support staff is amazing.“

“Very good vet. We take our kitties here, and they are in very good hands, although they aren’t always happy about it. It is also very fun getting to see the other animals from other pet owners!“

Despite the late hour and the fact that it was closing time for their office, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the well-being of animals and a level of compassion that truly touched our hearts.In our time of need, when every other local veterinarian turned us away due to the unique nature of our pet being a flock bird, Drs. McCaffrey and Smith not only accepted our pet chicken, but they did so with open arms and warm smiles. “My cats have been visiting this vet for the last year and a half. Dr. Barnes was really helpful in getting my 10yo cat through a big patch of anxiety. She was careful not to run too many tests that would ensure I didn't come out of pocket for unnecessary expenses (oh, that student-on-financial-aid life). And she also trusted my cat mom intuition that his anxiety was exacerbating the issue he was having. All in all, v helpful! My 8yo cat sprained her muscle from jumping and one of the other vets was able to get her in the next day and take a peek at her. They gave her some pain meds and helped me with some advice on ensuring she took the pill. We've also had some vet visits to get rabies and other vaccines. Before the visit, I called the office and they were able to give me some pills that would help de-stress the cats pre-visit. Dr. DeLisle was so helpful in assessing Bella's vision and make sure my cats were healthy. We've seen three different vets here at various times and they were all helpful. Definitely, definitely recommend these fine folks!“

“Dr. Mcisacc has taken excellent care of many cats snd dogs for years. She will be upfront about treatment options and truly loves animals. Staff are awesome too!This is the first vet EVER that I can arrive and they take me on right away. No sitting fir 30-40 minutes or more waiting.“

“Dr Owen is wonderful! And her staff is just the best!! I was a client years ago but I moved and had to switch vets. I've recently moved back and am thrilled to discover, ten years later they still have my info and animal records. They got all FOUR of my cats updated in the system AND in for office visits within about a month. (All other vets were 3-6 months wait for an initial visit, plus a $30-$100 deposit PER cat!) I really can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience at North King animal clinic!“

“They have helped me take care of my dogs, cats and ferrets. All of the vets and techs, everyone is pleasant and easy to talk to. Compassionate, efficient and easily adaptable to my animals different temperaments. I’m never being “sold,” tests or anything that aren’t important.I love how they check up on us days, weeks after the appointment and even called the next day after I had to take one of my dogs all the way to Woburn (Animal Hospital) on a Sunday.“

“Dr. Larochelle and her staff are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you and your pets. They ensure that you are given all the information you need to make informed choices about your pet, and I've never felt rushed or pressured into making any decision. Our dogs have been cared for by Dr. Larochelle since 2015, and even after moving a bit further away, we have continued to see Dr. Larochelle because she is amazing! We have had some health scares over the years with our pups, and she has always been right alongside us, helping us navigate their medical needs even when they were seen by vets outside of her practice (emergency medicine, specialists, etc.). Dr. Larochelle and her staff are compassionate, kind, patient, and dedicated to their practice. We are so lucky to work with her and are so grateful for all the amazing care she and her team have provided to our dogs who are now well into their senior years. “Dr. Ksiazek is the best Veterinarian I have ever been to. She is not only incredibly smart about animals, but she understands what an important part of the family they are. Her assessments and recommendations are always helpful and she has helped me figure out the right time to say goodbye to animals when it was their time to go all with a kind and empathic heart. “Able to get back to you quickly and usually have open appointments within a few days as opposed to vcas which book out 3 months. Also does acupuncture for animals which is super helpful for my older big dog“

“I wish I could give Hampshire vet more stars they are beyond awesome. I had an emergency my cat hadn't peed since Saturday and this was the 4th of July week (Monday the 3rd) I initially called my vet that I normally used( valley vet)explained my situation and they told me oh sorry we're all booked up you can go to south Deerfield. For anyone who doesn't know going to south Deerfield is Uber expensive and this being the start of a new month and a holiday weekend I don't have that type of money right now. So long story short Hampshire vet said we're booked but we can fit you in at 6 mind you never been there a day in my life (wow amazing I know my jaw dropped too). The staff was friendly, kind, gentle and attentive to both me and my Nyla (cat)the doctor was awesome, friendly, thorough( taking the time to answer questions, explain what she was doing, and how to prevent it from happening again) and very very kind and gentle and I'm there at about 7 and they are in no rush to leave or get me out which was a great feeling they did everything they had to do for my baby and saved me as much money as they could as I explained my situation. This vet is the best I will be going here for good from now on bye bye valley thank you for being 'too busy' so I could find this AMAZING vet!!! Don't believe these negative reviews I was weary too after reading them but those reviews held no weight in my amazing visit.“
