Dr. Larochelle and her staff are absolutely amazing. They take the time to get to know you and your pets. They ensure that you are given all the information you need to make informed choices about your pet, and I've never felt rushed or pressured into making any decision. Our dogs have been cared for by Dr. Larochelle since 2015, and even after moving a bit further away, we have continued to see Dr. Larochelle because she is amazing! The staff there are knowledgeable and kind. I've never encountered such patience in a veterinary environment and the doctor does very well with explaining costs, services, and procedures. Some of my cats have health struggles and I can honestly say that they are in good hands with this clinic.

One of the most trust worthy veterinary clinics I've been to in Western Mass as well as NYC. Dedicated DR will stay after hours for any client who's pet is in need. Friendly staff, clean exam rooms and front desk area. Prices are also extremely affordable compared to ER's and other veterinary clinics in the area. If you are looking for your family pet to be treated with compassion and quality care look no further!
