This animal hospital is one in a million!! They went above and beyond for my girl when I was most helpless and vacation!! Stuck in the middle of the ocean on a cruise and my baby was home with family feeling ill. They had no availability but heard the desperation in my voice and made sure she was seen and taken care of !!!
Every individual with whom we come in contact in this practice, is truly professional, caring, knowledgeable, and patient. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Over the last five years since we moved here, we have entrusted the care of our dog, who is now at the end stage of his life. Even watching the staff’s interactions while waiting, you can see the camaraderie and respect that pervades the office and enables each person to give their very best to the animals and their humans. I called last week around 11:30–12:00 seeking advice because my cat was having ongoing vomiting issues, and I was extremely worried. The woman who answered was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen and genuinely cared about helping me figure out the best next steps.
She recommended that I take my cat to an animal clinic in Northampton to be evaluated, and I am so thankful that I followed her advice. Because of her guidance, my cat is now receiving care and showing amazing results.
