Called them about a leaking water spout told them that the past owner did not winterize the out side spout i needed it replaced since the shut off valve was not working properly either. Was told will call you back and will have someone over. No call and no showed. Called someone else and got my appointment for friday they also gave me a few ideas how to stop the leak until they can get out.
