Right from the start was a super friendly experience at the front desk and warm greeting from Mary. We chatted throughout the session and she was just so delightful and knowledgable. I have had Facials in Hawaii on my honeymoon.. vacationing in Bermuda at a fancy hotel..a place in chelmsford..place in westford... down the cape... and nothing comes close to lotus spa. I've lived in multiple states and moved around a bit so I know how rare it is to find an amazing massage therapist I never want to let go. I don't book sessions as frequently as I'd like but when I do book sessions I usually book a 90-minute Swedish massage. The first time I emailed the email address listed on the website Ellen responded via text pretty soon afterwards. Since then, I communicate with her via text to schedule appointments and she can usually fit me in her schedule within a couple of days. The place is a set of tiny rooms in a building of businesses but works. Ellen has magic hands. She is able to suss out my problem areas during the sessions and let's me know even when I'm feeling it but haven't quite figured out the issues yet.
