“Mai has been nothing but amazing. I sat at home healing from a surgery for almost a year and a half. When i started back at the gym to rebuild my body there was a lot of growing pain for about a year and the only thing that seemed to help was bi weekly sessions with Mai. She is very educated on the human body and comes up with several different plans of attack to correct/fix the pain you are having. I am 6'3 and over 300lbs, don't let her size fool you she is able to get deep in every muscle to the point where u are contemplating life lol. Everyone that I have met who works out I have highly recommended her to them. Only advise I will say especially if your going for the first time is to do your sessions closer to the weekends as you will be sore the next day. 5/5 10/10 worth every dollar to take care of your body.“
