Having previously purchased carpeting from Instock Flooring and having had a great experience with them, we again turned to them for a new kitchen floor. “Natural Hardwood Floors was amazing to work with! John responded to my quote request the same day, were there to take a look at the project 2 days later, and I had a quote sent to me not even 24 hours later. He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. He exceeded my expectations in what he was able to do to get the floors back to the best condition possible - see the before and after pictures for reference.

“ACS did our installation of LVP, which we purchased from and scheduled with Home Depot. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our installation was scheduled for a Tuesday and Wednesday. When ACS first arrived in the afternoon on Tuesday, the lead installer advised us that our old hardwoods would not have to be torn out, as we had originally been told from the HD estimate. We were happy, as that decreased the time of the job as well as saving us over $3K. The installers arrived on time both days, did an expert job installing the flooring, made recommendations and were concerned about my satisfaction. They moved all of the furniture back to the original places, cleaned up all of their materials, gave me a primer as to how to care for the floors and how to go about getting a refund from HD for the difference in labor costs, and were available to answer any other questions that I had. We’re very happy with the process and the results.“
