John responded to my quote request the same day, were there to take a look at the project 2 days later, and I had a quote sent to me not even 24 hours later. He was reasonably priced for the amount of work being done - he refinished 2 floors - including 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 12 stair treads.

John started work exactly on time and finished in the original time frame he thought it would take to complete the project. He was very honest about what was possible with my floors, some of which were in bad shape from water and pet damage. He exceeded my expectations in what he was able to do to get the floors back to the best condition possible - see the before and after pictures for reference.
