“A little info: This place has really improved. It is very helpful that they have an urgent care practice. Make sure to check the hours, or even call ahead to ask. Hands down, this is a much better option than any hospital, and the care is top-notch. You DO need to be a patient of theirs to use urgent care-which is only fair! The overall Health Center is much cleaner than a while back-big improvement, keep it up! All staff there have been very kind, professional, and caring. Let us as patients treat them in the same manner!!! Ok me: I saw Dr. Semenya on the 22nd July, and received excellent care. I thought I was good to go. Through no fault of theirs, I spiked a fever on the 23rd, and called the urgent care. I went right over, and fever had gone to 101.4. They ran tests--but I knew what was coming--I needed to go to the hospital. The very nice NP (sorry, forgot your name) called an ambulance for me. I was that sick! Everyone was so kind. I had a follow-up after I got out of the hospital (eek, let us not review the hosp) and Dr. Semenya covered all my questions and explained things. I feel like a participant in my health care, and that is how I like things. I think I am the first to provide an Ipad poop sample! Kudos to Uphams Health. These folks are top notch! Finally, I will recognize that there are many staff whom do so much to keep this place going. The admins., the nursing staff, and the pharmacy. I thank you, and recognize you here with the respect and thanks that you deserve! Thanks!“

“I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail provided during my visit. I had made a routine comment that I was slightly hard of hearing, and didn’t think anything of it.
At the visit I noticed that the Frances Paley, NP used a face mask with a clear window over where her mouth was. I made the comment how it was nice that I could see her mouth so I could better understand the words she was saying, as it was generally tough for me (.. like during Covid) to hear/undertand people…to which she surprisingly “thanked me for sharing earlier” as she unbeknownst to me….had proactively selected a mask to help me.

It made my whole day, and was a experience I will always remember.

I will say there are many dedicated and well-intentioned employees at this Faciliyy, however the upper management staff is so dysfunctional patient safety and care is not a priority.I think that the four partial hospitalization program's are fantastic, especially the child and adolescent program run by Lisa Russo. But again do not go inpatient at advance medical.“

“My visits are always very good the check in if fast and everyone is polite and professional and the Medical assistant is very nice and friendly and professional she makes you feel very relaxed and she is very knowledgeable and Alice Mui NP is always nice and she has an excellent beside manor at the clinic and she makes we feel comfortable and relaxed and she has a caring attitude she really cares about each and everyone of her patients she takes out the time and talks to you about your concerns and she will order the test or medications that you need and I just love her I love all of them I am so happy that they are my health care providers they are a great team

I was on my way to come to the Health Center and the sidewalk was uneven and I tripped and I fell on my face my lip was bleeding profusely and I scraped my knee December 4th and the nurse RN was at the front desk and she immediately attended to my wounds and took care of everything she was knowledgeable and professional and kind and comforting she gave very good care I truly appreciate the wonderful care My sister and I receive every time we come in this healthcare team should be commended
I will say Thank you for your loving care and thank you for caring sometimes we are so busy in our lives and worried about our health which is understandable but sometimes we look at our healthcare professionals as just doing their job or we complain about how they could have done a better job and we forget to thank them for their tireless efforts to care for strangers when they have themselves and their families and friends to care for too and so I want to take this time to say thank you my healthcare team at Geiger Gibson you are the Best ????

And guess what I just have to tell you about the excellent care I continue to receive from Geiger Gibson healthcare team I went on the app and let the nurse know about my concerns to be tested for food and drug allergies because I have allergic reactions to milk chocolate but has never been tested land this was at the end of December around the 30th and she got back to me immediately and let me know that she would send in my request to the

and immediately I had a consultation with allergist and I am looking forward to my concerns being addressed this year very soon I am not afraid to say I love my healthcare team at Geiger Gibson they understand what caring and compassion means and they understand what empathy means they put themselves in our shoes the shoes of their patients and I feel that they treat us as they would treat themselves so they listen to your care and concerns and they don’t take you for granted they treat you as family and good friends I love them all they are a great healthcare team I really want to say I feel they are family

Hi I have to say that my health care team has done it again they do a great job not out of a sense of duty but out of a sense of caring showing concern and compassion for all their patients I was having a problem with constant coughing sneezing and fever the nurse Brooks scheduled me to come in on Tuesday the MA was so professional and took my vitals and tested me for Covid and influenza A&B and then the wonderful NP Alice she is always pleasant and precise she told me I was positive for flu type A I was shocked she said not to worry and she prescribed tamiflu and the medications I needed to get better and said if I get worse to come back and then the pharmacy was right down stairs which makes it so convenient my healthcare team has earned a new name I call them Lifesavers“
