Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient. “I had an excellent visit with Dr. Ding; he was complete and comprehensive in his examination of my vision and my eye health. As a result I was fitted with trial contact lenses; the first pair were not exactly to my liking so they immediately ordered a second brand to try. After trying these lenses I was very happy so they were quickly ordered for me. While I waited for this order to be received the office was also able to provide trial lenses which was extrememly helpful. This is quality customer service! Thank you Parrelli Optical!“

“I have Keratoconus and it can be pretty debilitating. I can't drive, I get headaches, etc. I went to a well known Optician with many locations in MA. I waited for 3 years (yes, years) for them to get me the right lenses through trial and error, and eventually gave up.

Dr. Rae Huang got me the first version of my lenses after one MONTH. We had to do minor adjustments since then, but nothing unexpected/out of the ordinary.

I am three months out from my first appointment with her and my life has completely changed for the better.“
