Her prescriptions were quite complicated and fittings took a great deal of timeBill always made her feel comfortable and made the appointments a special occasion.I told him that she could choose her own frames from the age of three, and we talked beforehand about which ones would be best for her to select from, he was most helpful, kind and patient.
