We have used them twice to install at our homes, multiple times to fix self created issues, and every time without fail, they have been reliable, prompt, fair, knowledgeable and kind. We even tried a different company once (wife called the wrong company) and we were so disappointed. We went back to Dogwatch and they again went above and beyond our expectations. “Dottie’s Daycare & Grooming is hands down the best place we have ever had the privilege of bringing our babies to! They are conveniently located in the center of Northboro, we patiently awaited for the opening day, and today we are so lucky that Atlas & Stella found Dottie’s!! Truly amazing staff & they treat every pup like part of the family… after a declining’ly bad experience with another doggy daycare facility in a neighboring town we didn’t think we’d ever find another place for our babies to go to, they’re both 13 & we wanted to make sure they were getting the appropriate treatment & attention to keep them active & happily playing with their furiends - Dottie’s meets all these requirements & actually exceeded our expectations, to this day! They go ABOVE & BEYOND to make our pups happy, when we say “Are you ready to go to school?”, their tails instantly are wagging & the excitement stirs throughout their bodies!!
