We have had a great experience each time we brought our new kitty. He had surgery yesterday, the staff and physicians were absolutely wonderful. Very caring and compassionate, we are extremely happy with the care provided. Would highly recommend!

I am new to the area and local to Ayer and recently have been bringing my pets to this facility. I have been to other vets office and this place is just so welcoming. Not only are they great to your animals, but as pet owners they keep you up to date with follow ups and are very reasonably price. Unfortunately I recently had a sick cat that was beyond their care and they directed me to the animal hospital in Westford. They did everything they could, were honest, gave me a heads up about potential costs and severities of my situation. They called westford, made the appointment for me. When I called and explained to them what was going on with my dog they immediately made room for him. And i'm so thankful they did! They were awesome to my dog and to me. I called them pretty much every hour during his procedure and they were so amazing and completely understanding. Thank You
