Our gas dryer stopped working and, after calling several repair places, I called Action Appliance after a friend's recommendation. Bill Grant answered right away, said he was 2 miles away, and would be there in 20 minutes. He showed up on time, found the problem, and replaced the part within 30 minutes at a reasonable price...especially considering how quickly he responded. Bill provided a level of support I have not seen in many years and I will absolutely be using Action Appliance again!Service: Dryer repair
Bill Grant, the owner of Action Appliance, has been to our home many times to repair appliances. During the pandemic he kept our old Kenmore refrigerator running. Since then, he has repaired our dryer and our washing machine. If he is stumped, he will research the issue and come back with a fix. He returns calls in a timely manner and is generally available within a few days of a phone call. His rates are fair and reasonable. He is also a delightful person!Services: Washer/dryer repair
