Southcoast Kitchen Designs did a fantastic job remodeling the primary floor of our house, including the kitchen, floors and bathroom. From their initial reviews and design proposals all the way through completion, what really stood out was their communication. We had a clear timeframe on every step from scope/quote, project plan build-out, start date, etc. that we've never experienced from other contractors.

From start to finish, Zack was not only professional, but also genuinely enthusiastic and passionate about his craft. The repair went exactly as he predicted — he identified and replaced the faulty part right in front of me, and like magic, I had hot water again!
What stood out most was Zack’s willingness to explain everything in detail. He walked me through how the system works and even offered insightful tips about filtering water going into the unit and helping maintain cleaner tap water. Andy came to repair a leaky valve to the outside spigot that had frozen during the winter. He was personable and efficient. He took the time to explain how to set the valves so the freeze wouldn't happen again. I have done business with Stefani since I moved to Plymouth three years ago and will continue to do so. We utilized Arnold Refrigeration for a difficult instillation in an older home. They worked up a perfect layout, executed the plan seamlessly and were always super quick to answer any questions. Matt cares about every aspect of a job. He is skilled, careful and offers to discuss every aspect of what is required. He and Robert skillfully maneuvered the equipment around our wooded lot without damage to any other trees or plantings. Without even mentioning it during the clean up, they removed unwanted logs that were left by another landscaper. Yet another example of professional and thorough their services. Matt and Robert worked tirelessly in eighty degree weather as they trimmed dead limbs, removed dead vines and cleared our property of over 10 trees. Every single branch and twig was collected and shredded leaving the area looking 100 times better and far safer than before their arrival. The work was performed with great care and the cost was exactly what we were quoted. When people ask who did the work - I will be sure to give them Matt's contact information and suggest they won't need any other estimates! Choosing Matt Mitko is the only way to go.

We recently moved into a home built in 2004. The lighting wasn’t stellar & the ceilings were super high. Our neighbor gave sad they had an electrician that they liked & they gave us Joe Slowey’s contact info. We contacted Joe & had his team from Lumen Electrical Systems come out & replace all the old hi-hats in the house with LED’s & also add several Lutron Caseta switches to automate some of the lights.
A few weeks later we realized our sunroom had no power. We called Lumen Electrical & a team came back out & figured out the problem & came up with 2 very reasonable & cost effective solutions.
We liked the company’s work enough to have them come back again to install a chandelier & add a few lights switches & an outlet.
Joe Slowey & the entire Lumen Electrical Systems team have been a pleasure to work with. He’s easy to reach, responds quickly & also has done a great job of getting us scheduled & his bids & prices have been very reasonable.
Each time we’ve had a Lumen Electrical Systems crew come to do work, the crew has been on time, professional & they took very good care of our home while having to navigate around furniture to reach super scary (for me) heights, & cleaned up very nicely too.
They’ve also been super kind & conscientious about making sure our very lively & annoying 4month old puppy doesn’t get out.
So glad my neighbor gave me the number for Joe Slowey & Lumen Electrical Systems. It doesn’t cost as much as you’d think to replace your old can lighting with cost effective LED’s. We’ve had several excellent experiences with Lumen Electrical. It’s amazing what better lighting can do, our home looked so much better immediately.
