Eric Thompson gave us a thorough lesson on how to manage our new nest thermostat. He also took the time to enlighten us on exactly how heat pumps work - and when and how to switch to 100% backup fuel (severe snowstorm for example) then to be sure we dig around it before switching back. Good to know! We feel confident in him and Stefani Plumbing, glad we found them!

I wish this gave the option of providing 10 stars!! I had 3 different plumbing companies try to fix my radiant heating system before I called Stefani Plumbing! I am so glad I called them. Stefani Plumbing has been a life saver and finally fixed my heating system! Tom stopped by to first see if he could figure out why it wasn't working - came up with a plan - then Bud and his assistant came out that week to fix it with the most positive attitude. It took a couple different fixes but it is now running and heating our space! Thank you for not giving up!! I highly recommend Stefani Plumbing! Thank you so much for all your help and patience with our system!
