This is the most wonderful yoga studio! I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and have been to many studios and classes. Twisted spirit is by far my favorite! There is a whole positive vibe that you feel the second you walk through the door, and the teachers are all amazing. My children love the mommy and mini’s class, and I love the gentle yoga classes.
