I had put sun in on my hair so some products worked differently on my hair and even with that she made my hair exactly what I wanted. Now, I finally found my "miracle worker ", when I walked into Harlow's! BEST hair cut! The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and the woman that did my hair was very personable.
