They were phenomenal!! First, We love Dr. MacBeth. She is amazing and our family has been coming here for years because of her expertise and knowledge. Today we needed advice for glasses for our son and Kim was exceptional picking out possible pairs and helping us to make a match that fit, looked good, and was in our budget. We had some issues accessing our flex spending but Kim called and stayed on the phone to help us get it resolved. He patience and professionalism was incredible. Thank you so much!!
MyEyeDr in Belmont is one of the best places for eye exams and great glasses. The staff are personable and work with a sense of cheer and camaraderie. Everyone is knowledgeable and they are committed to helping each patient maintain eye health, receive the correct prescription, and take on new styles with updated glasses or contacts. They work well with multiple insurance types and are upfront about tests that may be out of pocket. I highly recommend them.
I recently had an eye exam with Dr.Belleville. She is thorough and helped me by adding a prism in my glasses. What a difference.
The girls at the front desk are hilarious and we talked about food throughout my entire experience and with other people getting glasses at the same time it was a group effort. . I ended up getting two pairs of glasses and left happy and hungry . Thank you foodies!!
