Urgent Care near Brockton

“I know they've been in the news with funding issues. Maybe the Executives can get a Grant Writer so they can update the outside Handicapped Parking & install a zipzag ramp up to the entrance. I belive this Hospital is out of CODE. Great Service & Hard Working personal inside but my issue is outside....They only have 5 handicapped parking spots for a hospital? What type of moron executive move is that? Should be 10-15 handicapped parking spots. PLUS, a zigzag handicap ramp leading from the parking lot to the main entrance.“

“This office is amazing. Every single person I’ve dealt with since day one (Including Dr Heller). Forgive me, as this likely sounds crazy, but my observation is that they only hire people with positive personalities and the customer service and scheduling is superb. Olivia is great, as is the attractive woman at the desk who takes payment/ deals with insurance etc. I don’t write reviews... Not my thing. If a place sucks, I just won’t go back. “I came here AFTER going to the actual Emergency Department at South Shore Hospital weeks ago because condition did not improve. I walked in and was greeted quickly by the 2 super friendly front desk staff. The wait was under 10 minutes ( on a SATURDAY!) The nurse was warm, kind and listened to me completely explain what was going on without making me feel rushed. She assured me that we would figure out what was up and she excused herself. Mere moments later appeared a literal earth angel, Dr. Katherine G-sky, my new bae. This woman listened to me, without judgement, while I in detail gave her my diagnoses of the condition using my DIY- Ph.D from GOOGLE University & undergrad from Web M.D. Seriously though, Dr. G ( for G-angsta!) actually heard me, and validated my situation without making me feel embarrassed, crazy, dramatic etc. She explained her diagnoses, answered my questions and explained the treatment/Rx she prescribed. Bonus points for checking to see if the Rx she was prescribing had any adverse reactions with my daily meds!! What I am trying to say is that this was by far the best experience I have in a medical setting, BY FAR, in a long time and I am really grateful for everyone at ConveninetMD Urgent Care Weymouth! Truly amazing!! Thank you.“

“I was very happy with my visit . I was greeted by very friendly staff and wait time was very short. I had a chest X-ray done because I was complaining of SOB and Covid test at my request . I saw NP who was very pleasant and knowledgeable she listened to my history followed by exam. I was happy with treatment plan that she prescribed .I was also called within the hour with test results. Very happy with visit, I would highly recommend .“
