20 Guest St Ste 225B, Brighton“6 out of 5 stars: Motion PT offers a clean and robust environment with a solid team of very knowledgeable professionals who really care about their patients' journey with reaching their recovery goals. They do not have a 'one-size fits all' approach to providing care for everyone but, instead, really tailor and implement a PT regimen that works for their patients. My favorites are Rachel and Moley, but honestly, the whole team is amazing.
They supported me, physically and mentally, especially when my pain level was higher than normal. Another big plus for me, was that I was not rushed through my sessions and was able to really focus on my PT sessions without having to glance at my watch every time.
Finally, flexibility with scheduling was amazing because life happens. Motion PT, in many cases, was able to reschedule me for the next day. Honestly, I can't say enough about them. I challenge you, or anyone else, to give them a try, as I strongly believe you will come to the same conclusions.
I wish they provided "Motion PT" t-shirts, fleeces, or gym bags. I would certainly sport the gear. =)“

652 Tremont St 1 Rear, Boston“I can’t say recommend The Method enough. I worked with Claire for prenatal support beginning in my third trimester until about 5 months postpartum. Each visit is completely customized to your needs and Claire helped me with everything from hip pain to pelvic floor therapy to wrist strengthening (a must for carrying twins around!). I was able to get back to safely exercising with modifications that Claire provided and she was always available via email/the app to answer questions. It was amazing to find a PT clinic that has so much expertise in women’s health and postpartum recovery - they were able to anticipate where I needed support before I even knew what to ask.“

220-4 Reservoir St, Needham“As a coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience, I’m always looking to expand my knowledge—especially when it comes to intentional, optimal movement that I can pass on to my clients. The workshop with the PhyziX team was invaluable.
We all walked away with a deeper understanding of how the body compensates, why certain movement patterns develop, and—most importantly—how to correct them. The PhyziX team guided us through it all with incredible clarity, hands-on technique correction, and thoughtful answers to every question.
This experience wasn’t just educational—it was empowering. Education + application are key pillars of living FIERCELy, and PhyziX delivered both. I’m truly a better coach (and weight lifter!) because of it.
Whether you’re a trainer, coach, or team looking to elevate your movement knowledge and pain-relief strategies, I highly recommend connecting with PhyziX. It’s always worth it. ?

Emily and Kyra were on board right away. Their commitment and professional dedication to my recovery was awesome. They pushed me to push myself with all of their focus, humor and kindness. The entire BSM staff are wonderful and would recommend them for any of your PT needs.“

209 Columbus Ave, Boston“I went in to see Dr. Morley with pain down my left leg that woke me up at night and would not allow me to get comfortable. I even had gone to an ER, where the doc told me it likely was just restless leg syndrome and take some Tylenol. Sure. That didn’t work. She probed and decided that some of the soft tissues were rather severely inflamed, then massaged, stretched, used some sort of electro-stimulator gizmo and gently manipulated. She then showed me hip stretches and an easy core strengthening exercise that even could be done in bed. All that gave some relief, stretching and ibuprofen that night helped reduce the pain more, and after 2 more days, the pain was gone and I could move more freely and without pain. Periodic “tune-ups” with her since then have kept the hip flexible and the pain away.“

64 Arlington St, Boston“I cannot recommend Jordan and Alterra Physical Therapy enough! From my consultation and the very first appointment, it was clear that Jordan genuinely cares about my well-being and recovery, both as it related to my acute injury and my general wellness. He took the time to thoroughly assess my condition, listen to my concerns, and explain each step of the treatment plan. The personalized and holistic care and attention I received exceeded my expectations.
Jordan is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and his compassionate and motivating approach such a difference in my recovery. He took the time to answer my questions, ensuring I felt safe and informed throughout every phase of my treatment.
Thanks to Jordan, I made excellent progress and was able to continue working without pain or hindrance. I’m truly grateful for his expertise, patience, and support during my recovery, and I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough.“

He has dropped in to train several times at the facility and this time was as all others. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, the training partners were gracious and challenging, and the facility was clean and well kept. Whenever we visit the area, our son will avail himself of the opportunity to get some mat time in a friendly space.“

She does various treatments that not only relieve my pain, but are also correcting my spine. In the short amount of time I've been seeing her, I've been able to walk better, and have noticed less pain throughout my day. She's also helped me understand my injury more, and I just feel like it's a blessing that I ended up going here. If you are in pain you should come here. You will thank yourself later!“

I frequently send my patients to her for routine physical therapy needs, as well as my go for collaborating on complex pain and dysfunction issues. When I injured my own shoulder she took care of it in just a few sessions with her blend of myofascial hands on work, and corrective exercises. Excellent skills, knowledge, and very thorough in her care for patients.“
