“Northern Comfort installed our first heating system when our house was new 32 years ago. they were always responsive and provided quick service when needed over the years. we used them again when the the first burner finally gave out about 7 years ago. the new heater just gave out last week and Northern Comfort showed up first thing the next morning. within 24 hours of discovering the problem we were good to go. this Sunday am, we woke up to a freezing house and within an hour on a Sunday, they were here and got it going again again. On Sunday Morning!!!! The tech was very experienced and identified something to keep watch on for the future. I feel very secure knowing they're there for me And I don't have to wonder when they'll call back or if they'll show up. Kudos to them!!!!“

“Holy cow, this guy couldn't possibly be any nicer! My condo was built in 1969 and the zone valve was stuck so the heat wouldn't shut off. Charlie did some trouble-shooting over the phone (no charge) and came the following day before noon. After looking it over, he determined the system was super old and made several phone calls to find the correct replacement part which in itself hasn't been easy. He explained a bit about how the system worked (I hate not understanding this stuff!) in a simple and non-condescending way, which I really appreciate. Lastly he was very fair with what he charged me. I highly recommend him!“
