Our condo mailboxes needed fixing - he gave a quote for a visit, but also said we could bring in mailbox unit to save $$ - I brought it in, new mailbox locks, new master PO lock - perfect!

Then this month we had an attempted break-in at our condo - luckily guy did not succeed. I called Le and he promptly came out to install latch guards, fix a faulty front door latch, and also fixed a sliding glass door lock. “I went to Brookline Lock today, hoping to find a very small part for a Baldwin deadbolt cylinder. It’s called a tail piece. The one on my cylinder had broken, making the lock inoperable. It was my lucky day. Dante welcomed me and listened to my request. I had brought the cylinder with me.
Much to my amazement, he said that he might be able to help me. He consulted with a few of his coworkers and working together, they found the exact part that I needed. Dante installed it and said there was no charge. I thanked him and said,
