Mamas & Papas' Hair-Nail Center
“Highly recommend! JoAnne did my mothers hair in the early 90s. Since she did a wonderful job with my mother's fine and difficult hair, she she became my stylist as well. As a summer visitor, I would often wait until I visited Cape Cod to have a cut and highlight. Top notch cuts and highlights like no one has ever done before or since. JoAnne is a sweet and cheerful person. I always look forward to spending time with her. She listens carefully to what I want. I walk out of her salon feeling fabulous!”
